Frequently asked questions

Your questions

When should you call an industrial performance consultant?

When your plant has a problem with productivity, lead times, stock, maintenance or compliance, and you do not have the time or the experience in-house to deal with it. A three-day diagnostic establishes the facts before you decide.

What is interim management in industry?

An experienced manager takes charge of a key position (plant director, supply chain manager, technical director) for six months at most, at least two days a week, to turn a situation around, cover an absence or prepare a succession.

Do you work outside the Jura?

Yes. I work first in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, then across France and in Switzerland, in French or in English. Travel is included up to 100 km from Poligny.

How long does an operational diagnostic take?

It is a fixed-fee package of three days, one to two of them on site. It ends with a findings report, priorities and a costed action plan, presented to management.
