Six ways of working together, one point of contact
Depending on your situation, I run a diagnostic, quantify your savings, support your teams on the shop floor, take over a key function on an interim basis, train your managers or build the tool you are missing. The way I work is chosen to fit your need, not a catalogue.
Metiva offers
Operational diagnostic
Review of the plant or of a defined scope: flows, organisation, maintenance, EHS. Site visit, interviews, analysis of indicators. A findings report, priorities and a costed action plan, presented to management.
Savings diagnostic
A search for savings outside raw materials: energy, indirect purchasing, maintenance, consumables, subcontracting, administrative time. Quantified opportunities, a prioritised action plan, estimated gains.
Field support
Roll-out of the improvement plan with your teams: lean (5S, SMED, VSM, Kaizen, TPM), supply chain, maintenance, EHS/ICPE compliance, change management. Deliverables set out in the quote.
Interim management
Running or steering a site, a department or a project on an interim basis: production, supply chain, maintenance. Fast start, organised handover.
In-house training
Lean, problem solving, maintenance, first-line management; groups of up to 10 people, at your company, materials included.
Digital tools
Automation of your administrative tasks: dashboards, tracking, reporting. Tools delivered and owned by the company, no subscription, built with the help of AI.
Every assignment is tailored. Diagnostics are fixed-fee packages, field support and interim management are charged per 7-hour day, and tools are built to fit your need and the gain you expect. The way of working, the duration and the terms depend on your site, your scope and your goals. Travel is included up to 100 km from Poligny, and a precise quote, valid for 30 days, follows a first conversation. I commit to means and deliverables, never to a guaranteed numerical result. For clients in Switzerland, currency, tax treatment and travel are set out in the quote.
How to choose
Where to start?
If you hesitate, start with a diagnostic. In three days we establish the facts: where performance is being lost, what the priorities are, what resources are needed. You then decide, knowing the facts, what to do next, with or without me.
If your urgency is a vacant position, it is interim management. If it is financial, the savings diagnostic.
- A site that misses its targets: operational diagnostic, then field support.
- Costs to cut quickly: savings diagnostic.
- A key position vacant or at risk: interim management.
- An improvement programme to launch or relaunch: field support.
- EHS or ICPE compliance to secure: diagnostic or field support.
- Teams to bring up to speed: training, after Qualiopi.
- Administrative time to win back: digital tools.
