Supply chain
Procurement, stock management, planning, internal and external logistics, customer service.
Maintenance and new works
Equipment reliability, maintenance organisation, preventive maintenance, TPM, new works.
Capex and investment projects
Framing the need and the investment case, budget, supplier consultation, cost and schedule tracking, commissioning, review. I have led investment projects worth several million euros and the capex of an industrial site.
EHS and ICPE sites
Health, safety, environment, regulatory compliance of classified installations (ICPE, France's regime for regulated industrial sites), safety culture. I have run an ICPE site subject to authorisation.
Methods
Workstation studies, standards, industrialisation, improvement of processes and flows.
Management and change management
Team leadership, first-line management, support for transformations with the ADKAR method (Prosci). Interim management.
Quality
Problem solving, Six Sigma approach (Green Belt), process control, customer satisfaction.
Cost savings
Energy, indirect purchasing, maintenance, consumables, subcontracting, administrative time: quantifying the opportunities and delivering them. Savings diagnostic.
