Lean and shop-floor management training, at your company
Training gives your managers and operators the methods and reflexes to improve the plant without waiting for an outside expert. My courses start from real workshop situations, not textbook cases.
Offered after the Qualiopi certification
Metiva is preparing its Qualiopi certification (the French quality label for training providers), which will allow your training to be funded by your OPCO (French training fund). It has not been obtained to date: the training offer will open once the certification is in place. Until then, the same topics can be covered on the shop floor, with your teams, as field support.

The teams that keep the plant running
Directors, production managers, team leaders, maintenance technicians, continuous-improvement leads: anyone who supervises or improves an industrial process. Groups of up to 10 people, at your premises, materials included.

- Lean manufacturing: principles and tools (5S, SMED, VSM, Kaizen, TPM)
- Problem solving: method, root-cause analysis, standardisation

Duration and terms
Per day, depending on the topic and the audience. The terms will be announced when the offer opens, after the Qualiopi certification. Travel included up to 100 km from Poligny.

Once Metiva holds the Qualiopi certification. The certification is in preparation; it has not been obtained to date. Until then, the training topics can be covered through field support.
Will the courses be eligible for funding by a French training fund (OPCO)?
Not today. Funding by an OPCO requires the Qualiopi certification, which Metiva is preparing for. I will let you know as soon as it is obtained.
